License to use the FOOTBALL MANAGER EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS 2004 Application
By downloading and installing the FOOTBALL MANAGER EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS 2004 Application (“Application”) you are agreeing to these terms of use. 
Feel free to send the application to your friends, family and anyone else you think might like it. 
To install the Application simply extract the FM2005.exe file from the zip folder and place on your desktop. Double click on the icon to start the application.  The application will automatically update with the scores of matches throughout the Tournament.
The Application requires approximately 1MB of free disc space. 
XP Users only - In some instances the screensaver may default to 'On resume Password Protect' status. If this setting is not desired simply uncheck the tick-box in the screensaver settings window.
You only need to download the Application once. Opening the Application when you have an active Internet connection will automatically update the content.
You expressly agree that use of the Application is at your sole risk. Whilst SEGA Europe Limited has endeavoured to ensure that the Application is error and virus free it makes no warranties to such and expressly excludes any warranties (whether implied or express) in relation to the use of the Application.  Consequently Sega Europe Limited will not be held liable for any damage, injury or loss (excluding that resulting in death or personal injury) caused by the Application including but notwithstanding any lost profit, damage to property, lost data, loss of goodwill, console, computer or handheld device failure, errors, lost business or other information as a result of possession, use or malfunction of the Application even if Sega has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
If any of the conditions in this License are held to be invalid or void under any applicable law, the other provisions of these conditions will be unaffected and remain in full force and effect.
This License is governed by the laws of England and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
