All right. Well, it’s time for the big G. We all have this
apprehension about dealing with AdWords because Google has
gotten so slaphappy. I think that’s a word. It sounds good.
Doesn’t it? Slaphappy. Why are you so slaphappy Google?
What’s the problem? Anyway back when I had my niche business,
my dog training business, my list got to be something like 350
some odd thousand dog owners. And I had their name, the dog
breed, the dog’s name, everything about these people. Most of that
list was built off the back of Google. Same things with Trey’s
after school special story when he built that list of 200 gabillion
people or whatever. Most of that came from Google.
Since we did that, Google has become notoriously – what’s the
word I’m looking for here – challenging. Right? That’s the nice
way to say complete pain in the ass. Challenging. They’ve
become a bit challenging in the sense that they like to slap stuff.
And they’ve got this whole quality score, algorithm which is one
of the most difficult things to figure out in the world. Right? So
how do you deal with Google? Well, like you probably heard we
had these clients who were in one of the most competitive niches
ever. And they’re getting like 2,500 leads per day from Goggle.
They’re primarily getting it from the content network and they’re
also getting it from the search network, which you’re going to
discover here in the next portion of our module.
Those are two completely different animals. So the way I want
you to go into this module is to realize gaming Google is a joke.
That’s not going to work. We’re going to go through this the real
way to do it, the long term thinking way to do it. And you’re
going to discover that once you get in with Google, everything is
pretty much cool. But getting in good with Google requires a little
bit of work. And by work I mean it requires you to click a couple
buttons and then wait around and make sure everything was cool.
So it’s not old school work like roofing or something.
It’s just a little bit of effort and a little bit of delayed gratification.
With that in mind, I want you to know that what we’re going to
show you are some very Google friendly landing page templates
that we paid $7,450.00, to be exact, to have developed. And that
they’re based on the very same landing page templates that our
high paying clients are using right now to get 2,500 plus opt-in’s
per day. All right? Without any further ado, let’s let good old
cousin Trey, the consummate professional that he is, walk you
through what these templates do, how to set them up and how to
start getting traffic and leads from our good friends at Google.

All right. So advertising with Google AdWords is not as easy as it
is to advertise with someone like Yahoo Search Marketing or
Microsoft’s Bing Network. If you’re going to do pay per click,
you do what to do Google AdWords, especially if you want to
build a good email list. A lot of people use Google. A lot of
qualified people probably in the niche that you’re involved in or
want to be involved in are. So we want to go after that market but
Google is a little bit different. For one, we’re going to use a blog
instead of the ugly looking landing page that we used with Yahoo
Search marketing to get emails and Bing as well. We’re going to
use a blog instead that’s really fancy and looks really nice.
Now this is kid of tough to do to set up blogs, especially good
looking blog. You really need something custom, typically. And
custom stuff costs a lot of money. But lucky for you – actually, I
got an invoice for $7,450.00 to make five templates for you in this
all-in-one easy package. And we got it done. It’s really cool and
I’m about to show you how to install it right now. And don’t
worry, even though it’s really expensive it’s really easy to install.
And that was actually part of the high cost was to make it easy to
use and edit and install the thing in the first place. Don’t worry.
It’s not complicated. What you’re going to want to do first is set
up a regular blog on your domain.
So log into Bluehost by clicking the control panel log in button.
And then if you don’t have any new domains or if you just want to
install it into the root domain that you signed up for Bluehost with.
That’s fine. Now I added a domain that was called
LearnThePianoBlog.com. And we’ve already been working with
is LearnThePianoNow.com to advertise on Yahoo and some other
ones. But I also have this one here that’s LearnThePianoBlog.com.
Now if you want to add a new domain you type it in right here
under new domain search. So I can do LearnThePiano2010. Click
on next. And I agree for the domain registration agreement. It’s
going to cost like $10.00 bucks a year for this new domain.
And I’m not going to do domain privacy. You can do that if you
want to. Click add to shopping cart. Use existing credit card. And
then I’m going to put in my little number here. Pause the video.
And choose pay now. All right. And I have a confirmation page.
Everything went through. Now when I click on domain manager
again I’ll see this new domain LearnThePiano2010.com is in here.
And I’m going to click on the signed link right to the right of it.
And it’s going to open up a new page. I’m going to scroll to the
bottom. I’m not even going worry about all this stuff it’s saying on
here. Because the default settings that it already has are going to

work fine for you. Click on add domain.
And give it a second here to set this all up. And this is so cool.
You’re going to love this. Because most hosting companies you
use, it takes forever for you to register the domain. Even Go
Daddy will take awhile to register the domain. Sometimes it can
take up to like 24 hours before you can actually see your site
online. But Bluehost has it so immediately you can go to that site
and it works. So let’s check out LearnThePiano2010.com. Is alive
and well. So that’s like the basic default thing Bluehost put on it.
But I can go ahead and upload a blog to that if I want to or
whatever. So I already had the domain LearnThePianoBlog.com,
which I think is really good to use for Google.
But I’ll tell you what. Since I just made this
LearnThePiano2010.com I’m going to go ahead and use that so
you can see how easy it is to go ahead and get a new domain like
that and set up a blog. So I’m back on the C Panel, which is the
home screen here that shows right when you boot up. And log in,
rather, into Bluehost. I’m going to scroll down and choose
WordPress right here. And this is so awesome. Watch this. I’m
going to click install because we’re going to do a new one. And
I’m going to choose. I’m going to click this right here. Where
would you like WordPress installed. And I’m going to choose
LearnThePiano2010.com. Put a checkmark next to I have read
terms and conditions. And click on complete.
It takes a few seconds. It’s about to install that blog onto this new
domain I just got. So installing WordPress. Almost complete.
And bam. There I go. It has all my info. So check this. I’m going
to open this in a new tab and here’s my LearnThePiano2010.com.
Just registered the domain. Clicked on one button, which was the
WordPress button in Bluehost. Choose to install. And
immediately, I have my blog, which is LearnThePiano2010. Now
obviously this doesn’t look very professional, right? So I’m not
going to use this. I’m going to use this special template that we
had made for you guys. I’m going to show you how to install that
now.
All right. So now we have a bad case of the ugly blog syndrome.
Not only is an ugly blog, I don’t see anywhere here to put my
email. I don’t see anywhere that you can get emails if you have
this thing. You’ve got the search bar and that’s it. Well, don’t
worry. As we told you guys we’ve got the fancy pants template.
I’m about to show you how to install it now. When I was
installing the WordPress blog that you see right here you probably

saw this little page pop up in Bluehost. This gives you all your
information. It has the site URL, which we know is
LearnThePiano2010.com. It also has the login for the WordPress
blog. Right? You log in here.
You can add posts. You can delete posts. You can moderate
comments, add themes. You do all that stuff right in here. Now
look. You can see right here it’s
www.LearnThePiano2010.com/WP-admin and then it has my
username and password. Now this is just a picture. I took a
screenshot of it. I forgot to go ahead and keep the page up when I
installed the WordPress blog. As soon as you see this page pop up
in Bluehost, it comes right after you install the WordPress blog.
You saw it two seconds ago. Then go ahead, click on that link and
bookmark it. Save your username and password. Go ahead and
copy that. All right. Now I’m going to go ahead and go to that
login, which is WP-admin. And cool. All right.
My username and password was already in there. So it went ahead
and logged me in. So this is the WordPress administration side of
your WordPress blog, right? Again, like I said, you can add posts.
You can just click on post here. Choose add new. And you can
write, hey, welcome to my fancy piano blog. Simply make sure
you check back here often for cool piano tips. You can write
whatever you want right here. And then you always want to add
tags when you make a post. So let’s do learn piano and we’ll do
welcome. That’s good. And then you can set up categories and all
that stuff, too. It’s a good idea to do that. All that stuff is really
good for SEO. Then we’re going to choose publish. And let’s go
back here to the piano blog. Refresh.
And you’ll see my new thing here. Welcome to my fancy piano
blog. All right. Cool. So anyway that’s how you edit a post or
create a new post. Just post and add new. But now I’m going to
show you how to take this ugly theme and add our fancy pants
theme to it. Now right below this video you’re going to see a file
that’s linked called LandingPage.zip. You need to right click that
file. Choose save target as if you’re on a PC. Or save file as if you
use Firefox. Save it to your desktop. Okay? After you’ve done
that – go ahead and pause the video – save that file to your desktop
or somewhere on your computer you can remember where it is.
You don’t need to open up the zip file. Just save that
LandingPage.zip. That’s all you got to do.
This is the fancy blog too you’re about to upload. The $7,450.00
infamous blog is right there on that zip file below this video. Okay?

So save that to your computer. Pause it. And then come back and
watch this. All right. Cool. So you downloaded the file,
hopefully. Now we want to click on appearance within your
WordPress administration. That’s right here on the sidebar.
Default is go into themes. That’s what we want to go to. We want
to add new themes. Now you can click down here where it says
add new themes or just write up here. Choose add new. All right.
Now we’re going to upload the theme. You just downloaded it,
that zip file. We’re going to upload it by clicking on upload here.
Then choose file. Okay. And it’ll take a second here and it’ll pop
up with a box. And I have mine in a weird folder here.
Hopefully, yours is easier to get to. All right. Cool. So it’s
Landingpage.zip. We’re going to go ahead and highlight that.
Click choose. And then I’m going to choose to install it now by
clicking on that button. And with any luck it will install here in a
few moments. It doesn’t take long. So remember, here’s what it
looks like now. We’re about to make it look fancy. We’re going
to go ahead and choose to activate it by clicking on that activate
button. It says the current theme is Landing Page 1.0 by After 10.
After 10 is the company I had create this. Really good company.
They do iPhone apps and stuff if any of you guys are iPhone nerds.
They did that Viper Car alarm iPhone app. Anyway, they designed
the blog for us and did all this really cool stuff. So let’s check it
out. All right. Awesome.
So here is my fancy piano blog. Now obviously it looks like a
flower blog, right? I wouldn’t want to advertise this for a piano
blog. That’d be crazy. Right? So what we’re going to do is we’re
going to go back into the WordPress admin section. And we’re
going to click on settings right here and then landing page options.
And we’re about to make this blog not look like the flower store
blog but look like a piano blog. And that’s why I like this thing.
Not only does it have, see right here, see look where they can enter
their name and email and it looks all professional. And you can
choose anything there. There’s so many options here to edit it’s
going to blow your mind. You can choose whatever text you want
to put on the button here and all this stuff.
And we’re going to get to that. But we’re going to change up this
background picture of a flower and this logo right here. And we’re
going to change the color design. And immediately it’s going to
look like it was built just to be a piano blog. This is the coolest
thing ever because you can use it for any niche in the world. All
right. So getting ahead of myself. So we’re going to go back to
these landing page options. And first we’re going to choose a blog
